TWO ROADS DIVERGED IN YELLOW WOODS !!

What is Life ? And What we have to take from it ?  Just A Friendship that comes on it's way and accept it to let live life happily.

Thousands years been passed ; and now we are in the culture of civilization .  The ancient apes have gone and we have come out with new faces with these long years of gap.  These faces themselves have created a long distance amidst the humanity; and it's so sad to see them fight together. The fight is of Land, Language, Religion. The fight that is of High and Lows . The Rich and The Poor.

Midst the journey of this existence where we are trying to search our own path of survival , and existence ; the bread and butter that count's the family to live  together, it's sad to see many faces for a question' Why it's hard for a person to live his/her life happily.' ?

The system has been broke and is been  broken  by all of us. We all need to rectify this to come out at a conclusion that say we all are human; and we all are One .

There is nothing to hide between you and me . The soil has given a breath to us. The mother nature has brought us up. Among the relationships of all that we behold; we must think once that survival of the humanity is the top most.

I hope this post finds you well and hope we think of the things that matters to us. Taking off me from all of the above, we think of the big WE; The Earth, The People That Are Living Within It's Surface.

On a short note a long remembered poem that dictates the roads of life that makes all difference.

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,

And sorry I could not travel both

And be one traveler, long I stood

And looked down one as far as I could

To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,

And having perhaps the better claim,

Because it was grassy and wanted wear;

Though as for that the passing there

Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay

In leaves no step had trodden black.

Oh, I kept the first for another day!

Yet knowing how way leads on to way,

Brand - An Identity

I am on the edge of writing the last post for 2014; and  It's all coming to an identity .

In marketing a company identity is it's brand. The brand which takes  the company to it's height. Whether it's in maximizing revenues , staff welfares or it’s related to staff  affection towards it's company they are all interlinked to brand. Even a person or a staff is recognised with the brand of the company.

A brand is an identity that promise. A promise of delivery of quality, satisfaction and it's name according to it's promises. A promise to stakeholders, it’s customers ;  and it’s all well wishers.

Whether you are an employee , a CEO, a Chairman or any stakeholders directly or indirectly, everyone is concerned about brand. And, I believe they must ; and for some extent except the customers;  else the brand will last no long. Client's in a sense, because the customers have choice to choose between the competitors .

That is what the globalization has brought us . A competition and the choice for the client amidst different brands.

When it comes to branding , For an owner , it’s like a child to the parents  who cares for their kids.  Anything wrong with their kids , the parents are hurt. And any thing that comes to the kid's well being ; it comes ultimately to the parents and the surrounding's responsibilities of those cutie pies. And in this context , the cutie pies are the stakeholders.

I hope in coming 2015, we all will be brand conscious; and take the identities of , wherever we are involved to heights;  and create our own identity from our own brands.

 I would like to highlight on the new years eve, do not be confused between the identity of own; and identity evolve from the thoughts of others.  You need to taste the varieties of apples to know which one is best for health. Yet the universal phenomena remains' An apple a day keeps doctor's away'. But the secret is you need to choose between the varieties to stay fit, i'e your decision to stay with the brand and be loyal to it.

I wish you all a great year ahead and may it brings the lights to your life and an identity to a purpose.

The Three Most Valuable Lessons of Business World !!

It's almost the end of year 2014 now. Festive seasons are almost over for this year. Though I was not not that fortunate enough  to celebrate many festive occassions this year due  to work and personal life adjustments yet I am hopeful for the next year to celebrate with joy.

Things have changed a lot in these months and I have managed to put some more learnings  into my business learning bucket list after my start of year post ; and still I am learning the codes of the business world.

My boss and me went through tough times and still the current climate of SME is competitive with strict regulations to adhere to guidelines;  and yes of course to boost sales revenue  is an ongoing matter. Every product has been taken almost in the market and to be innovative is a hard job too to beat competition.

Three important things that I learned during this crisis period that's are so much valuable to any business scenario and to any manager or boss;  and I hope you will be able to find this post useful to you as well.

1) Being Calm.
2) Being Emotionally Intelligent. 
3) The Phenomenal Give and Take Relationship.

During these period I have learnt a bit of Spiritual side as well. God, the almighty bestowed upon those who are givers , who are calm and who can manage emotions intelligently .

Watching my boss never ever showing his judgemental emotions in hard times, being calm on hard decisions and being kind to assist the needy and in return to take their valuahble skills for business is just something to see and learn. Learnings human behaviours and knowing and adjusting onself with the human force is a great skill. You have to use the conscience of right and the kind.

Thease have been a valubale learnings so far and still the journey is continuing.

Learning never ends.

Here is the New Year Again !!

So at last here comes the end to 2013. The last day of the those 365 days that we have spent doing something and in many instances nothing.

Gone are the days so let it be bygone and let us remember the treasures of it.

Lord  Buddha said : 'Do not dwell in the past nor in the future concentrate on your present'. And it is true the better we concentrate on our present the better will be the future. So let us live fully to what we will be doing in this coming year.

  Sometimes back in days I wrote a  post 'Every thing happens for an action' and may be in many cases we took the right action and at the right time;  and in many occasions we missed out the opportunities and faced with difficulties.  But, that is the life and we learn from it and here we are again to celebrate the end of this year.

As  the bell rings 12 today in the night the new year will be at our door steps  and we may already have many plans that is full for the whole year.

So here are some that is worth to be thoughtful.

1) Concentrate on your business first ( Whether, its studies, job or business or family, priorities everything)
2) Do what makes you happy.
3) Focus on your goal
4) Contribute to the life's of others in any form that can bring happiness to their lives.
5)  Surround yourself with the people that care about you.
6) Think of your saving and investment habits. In a way invest more then saving.
7) Concentrate on your studies and complete it . Education is the doorsteps to more happiness.
8) Never regret on your decision that you have chosen. Complete with full action.
9) Take time for your family and bring the compassion inside you.
10) Take control of your temper and anger. Be calm in any circumstances.
11) Look out for your health. Keep plans to exercise around to be fit and fine.
12) Network around and build new opportunities for your business and personal development.
13)  Take time for yourself. Feel free and visit new places.
14) Make you family and married life more meaningful and happy. Stay together.
15) Do something that makes you productive and successful and keep yourself busy.
16) Be more professional - Professionally and Ethically.


Really speaking I didn't wanted to make a list but anyhow came again. May be old habit that reluctant to change, but not at all impossible to change. Above all I want this 2014 to be the year of oneself. Focus on yourself, for your own development. Be selfish this time and take time for your development this year. Let success comes your way;  so that you can develop others and the community later.

Business Opportunities are Like Buses

Lets' talk of entrepreneurship. There are many  to be entrepreneurs and many who are already entrepreneurs and many who were once, and they chose different career path due to their business failure.

Becoming an entrepreneur or a business owner is not that difficult. You just register a company and say you are an entrepreneur. But as times passes on the zeal of entrepreneurship ends to some and some still  marched to achieve their dreams of becoming success in the business they have chosen. The real entrepreneurs are the one who succeed in their business  and its management  and enjoys their life through their hard work .  They are the one who can foresee the future opportunities and grab the market early to reap all the profits.

So question arises  how many business can you open or do to become  successful in entrepreneurship journey. Well, it really depends on your idea of doing business and what sector you wish to enter and how you can take on the market.

Winners are Made Not Born

There will be the time in everybody's life when everything in front of you looks dark and you seem all alone. While walking on this big journey we encounter the dark shades which are really very powerful and it will kick your ass as much as they can. If you are the believer of your dreams then stand to your words that’s  the only way you can beat and kill that python which is trying to swallow you. If you have come across the weird desert believe yourself to cross it. Once you cross that long desert you will see the home which belongs to you; and which has waited for you to shape it into a beautiful world. Your soul will die if you don't hope for the best to come. Living in isolation will not give you that magic moment that you have always wanted to see like your mates in crowd cheering up for you.

Winners are made through their hard hits of life and believing in their own core that you still can make to the other side of earth, which is still giving the daylight even in the times, when the world thinks it’s a nightmare to cross during the dark. The truth is that there is no such like night; only the time makes it to appear as nights in our eyes.  As the earth rotates, it purifies itself from the rays of sunlight once again, that’s the perfect truth which is universal and which you have to believe on every time you take the risk. Every risk bears its outcome. Your strength and hard work can only make it to the positive side, nothing else. If you want to be happy you have to follow the guts to take the risk.

''Life is scary as well as beautiful'' as wise man said, so fear the crowd from your zeal, that you still can make it even there may be people around you who thinks negative of you or who don't want you to succeed, that's the human ego which the God has never offered to anyone, but they have created by their own. Prove your strength from taking their ego into your soul and destroy it. You are your own creator and you are your own destroyer. Make the fate fear from your zeal and transform the lines of your palm stronger and longer even it looks short to the outside world. Believe in hope and your passion and look everybody through the eyes of love. Believe in the life of Buddha who made it through defeating everything. There are only two ways to choose either 'Yes' or either 'No', and it’s your choice which one of them you want to pick through to move on and that’s the choice which makes the whole difference.

Listen To Understand

It's been a while I haven't had time to write something; so today here I am once again. Wandering around for a while and looking at the faces of businesses and people I realized there is much pain in this world.

Some businesses are growing and many  are failing, life is bringing problems to some and some are fighting to survive somewhere in the poor world. Everyday's metro is full of lies and pain so suppose sometimes it's better not to read it. So the outcome is Happiness is less and Pains are more today.



So I thought what's the cure to know a world much better ? I have come up with a solution and that is to listen everybody.

Listening is a powerful tool and a meditation. Whether you are an entrepreneur, a CEO, A parent , A student, or a guy wishing to enter the world of growth opportunities, I think listening is a great source to know the situation much better. Watch the world and listen the waves what's going on and then act accordingly. Your act can go in the direction of love, that is what needed today I feel, Gen Y need to listen to elders and Elders need to listen to the Gen Y too.

We are here in the world of compromise. We must go in mutual understanding to go for a better winning situation.

Listen to your heart as said by someone is very true, this will let you know what's right and what is wrong. Your diversion of roads can differ just only by listening too. If we can listen someone who want's to say something for better, I think at least we need is to listen him until we have understood what he is saying. Is it right or wrong. Judgement comes after you have listen not before hearing.

Once the great poet Robert Frost wrote :

Today's listening have changed , we listen and act with the egoism that is residing inside our heart and that is what I suppose making a change to the portfolio of success and failure.
