Wear Your Pyjamas Tight, OK !!

Well this topic is really interesting to me and my mind was just confused after it knocked down at my mind door.

One of my Guru, Mr James asked me today to finish one assignment, and it was all about me. The topic was ''To develop oneself as a Strategic Leader''.

The moment he said to me my pyjamas just went down, and it was really embarrassing for myself, I feel naked ; though obviously my Guru didn't knew that my pyjamas went down in my mind already . Embarrassing isn't it? 

So what made me think that I have lost grip of my lovely pyjamas?

I am sure when you come across such questions suddenly, and been asked to answer a concrete vision, you will also loose your pyjamas or pants or even underwear, unless if you don't wear it. :)

Now, let me be clear here; my pyjamas are my ongoing dreams and they were so many that mind was just full with them, so when my guru asked me, I couldn't answer him. To get to know the answer I went to library and bought two books to know how I can be a strategic leader and come up with a solid plan and vision. Here are they :

Well, the point here is very simple, as a person we are so much filled with our dreams and visions and have so much broad goals that we forget the basics.

I came to know that to reach our future goals we need to start from the very first ground. You just can't jump to get success to reach your goals. You have to learn how to walk first and really need to learn the A, B, C, D’s inside you and inside your dreams and even into your business & market.

Obviously the best body is when it grows naturally where every cell is performing well. If we try to make our body unnaturally big when we are kid and feed it with foods that are not good for our health, then the body function doesn't work well and our system becomes abnormal. And, this applies to individuals and even to your business growth.

You just can't straightly jump into another territory or mix up with so many other players in the market. If you need a solid market you need to have solid product and build organically. We need to be specific towards our dreams, specific towards our goals, business plans and have a concrete specific vision.

So if say , you have to open a company and just thinking  and mixing your plans and ideas in your mind with just another dream that you want to pursue , you will surely get nowhere and become a pendulum in your life . Even if you have a business but don't have specific purpose of your existence in the market then you will end up nowhere.

So  wear your pyjamas  so tight that nobody can pulled it down, unless you pulled it by yourself or give permission to do so. 

Once again,let  us remember the old tortoise and rabbit story theme.'' Slow and Steady Wins the Race’’ and learn our own A, B, C, D’s fonts more specifically; and know what they really means. Later on we can make them colorful  bold, italics so that our total sentence font stands awesome against other fonts. To lead the market, first we need to be the market leader.

And, at last with regards to my assignment submission,  I will try my best to submit, else I will ask my little kids Siddhartha and Sakshi, crossing my fingers, to submit on my behalf  to Mr James, when they grow up naturally in due course of time.
