By The Blinds For The Blinds- No Way Out

Whenever it comes to the approach of leadership and any enthusiast to prefer in the route of leadership, I prefer to categorize the individual in terms of only two things ; Vision and Individual.

We have seen so many leaders sprouting like cauliflowers in the field of leadership but out of 1000's few makes in the role of true leaders.

Whenever it comes to a leadership I like to best compare the phenomena with ' The Father' in a family. The father knows the best for the family and its children and will always act to do the well being of family, no matters if he himself suffer the pain. That's a true leadership.

On the other side many we have seen want to be a leader or act like a leader, but they by themselves don't know where the path will lead or where his or her principles will lead in the future for him or to his/her followers.

Leadership by a blind person in terms of no vision for, about what he is pursuing for the team;  or owners in a business  towards their  employees  having no strategic direction to focus on ;  an employee wanting to be in the corporate ladder to lead  but don't want to focus on the target ; or a politician to lead the nation without any ethical principles is of no use. It's just a phenomena of fame interest only. They are not or cannot be a true leader.

Youth wanting to become a leader but blind in objectives to pursue and follow it, is same alike above.  Leadership in terms of blind man to the blind one goes no where. In this case both the blind leader and blind followers are going with no direction at all. 

In this instance I would like to quote some of the best practices to be an effective leader :
- Have a Shared Vision
-Empower and Inspire People To Act
- He Should Be A Great Relation Builder And Changer
-Give Clear Direction with No Bias.


So any youth or existing leaders if want to be true leader then lead with a vision and ethical principles towards their followers. If you don't do so, you will be cheating yourself as leader which you so called to get fame;  and in that case I would love to call you as Cheater not the Leader.
