It's a Sunny Sunday here in London and the  weather is reminding me of the BIG SUN.

Every day we wake up and get some light through our windows. What if the rays from the sun don’t come to earth? Obviously we all will be at dark and there will be no progression.

We can learn from the big star in our own business too. Your start up small business is a tiny star in a vast galaxy i.e. now in your own industry. You can become the Sun of your Milky Way if you know your niche in the big space and how to love and be strong in your areas.

Alike sun we need to have love in our dealings. As the sun spreads its light equally to its entire planet your business need to have the meaning of love and strength in all your dealings.

As a new born star here are some mantra's  to become the BIG SUN in your market.

• You need to love your products and believe in its quality.
• Take all your clients as equal, love them and treat them equally.
• Protect yourself from your competitive strengths and be strong in the market.
• Find time to know all your employees in the business; and make your working environment more fruitful and motivating to them.
• Alike sun realize your core values and make a goal to achieve them. Believe in your mission  statement for which you are in the market and have started your business.
• Make your people happy and spread your concern to each of them.
• Get to know your limits and plan accordingly to reach your segments.
• Love is the key and your business will gradually enjoy more doing it when the clients are happy with you.
• Build a strong network of planets around your galaxy which means have a network of satisfied people and clients around you who can always refer positively and spread your company brand outside.
